Crenshaw is a high‑energy hard rock band based in Las Vegas, Nevada, led by seasoned frontman Dan Crenshaw. The band’s lineup also includes veteran guitarist Ira Black, best known for his work with Lizzy Borden, Metal Church, Vicious Rumors, Heathen, and more. A fixture in the metal world for decades, Ira is one of the few guitarists to have performed with more than 60 touring and recording bands, making him one of the most versatile and battle-tested shredders in modern metal. Rounding out the group are powerhouse drummer Les Warner (formerly of The Cult) and steady bassist Zoe. Together, they deliver a bold sound that fuses classic metal grit with modern rock swagger.
Dan Crenshaw’s deep pedigree includes collaborations with legends like Dio, Dokken, Lita Ford, and Drum Wars with Carmine and Vinny Appice. He has completed 128 national U.S. tours and three world tours, bringing unrivaled experience and stage presence to Crenshaw’s live shows.
Their debut single, “Down On My Luck,” captures the band’s signature “Black & Chrome” aesthetic — industrial noir meets desert highway mystique — while their follow-up, “Kick Kick,” charges forward as a stripped-down rally cry.
Their self-titled 8-song album, available on Apple Music, spans heavy grooves, searing solos, and raw emotional power. Drawing inspiration from icons like Pantera, White Zombie, and Motörhead, Crenshaw forges a sound that’s unmistakably their own.
